Contract with Carrier

Working with our network of professional auto transporters we match your schedule, vehicle and route with available carriers

Your vehicle is picked up

The transport driver contacts you to arrange pickup time and location.    Your vehicle is inspected and loaded

Your vehicle is Delivered

The transport driver contacts you to arrange for delivery. Your vehicle is unloaded and inspected. The balance of the contact is due.

Where will my vehicle be picked up and delivered?
Most people assume door to door. The transporter will load/unload as close as legal and safety considerations permit. We suggest meeting the carrier at a convenient safe location capable of receiving a large multi-car carrier.
What items can I ship in my vehicle?
A few items (up to 100 lbs) in a suitcase or back pack can be secured in the trunk or backseat. All items must be below window level. The front seat must be clear with full travel forward and backward.

Transports carrying your vehicle have DOT regulations concerning maximum weight. Extra items in your vehicle contribute the overall carrier weight. Overweight vehicles can result in fines and penalties to the carrier.

Don’t pack fragile, expensive, illegal, dangerous or potentially harmful items in your vehicle.

Auto carriers are not responsible for personal items stored in your vehicle. Therefore we don’t recommend shipping 100 lbs of gold and diamonds in your vehicle, sorry.

Condition of my vehicle
Your vehicle should be in operable condition (unless quoted for an inoperable vehicle)

The seat must move all the way forward and backward and you must able to see out of all windows.

Vehicle inspection – Bill of Lading
A bill of lading is a detailed list of a shipment of goods in the form of a receipt provided by the carrier to the person consigning the goods.
The carrier will inspect your vehicle and make notes of its condition on the bill of lading.
It generally contains the carriers contract, terms and conditions with you.
