Contract with Carrier
Working with our network of professional auto transporters we match your schedule, vehicle and route with available carriers

The transport driver contacts you to arrange pickup time and location. Your vehicle is inspected and loaded
Your vehicle is Delivered
The transport driver contacts you to arrange for delivery. Your vehicle is unloaded and inspected. The balance of the contact is due.
Transports carrying your vehicle have DOT regulations concerning maximum weight. Extra items in your vehicle contribute the overall carrier weight. Overweight vehicles can result in fines and penalties to the carrier.
Don’t pack fragile, expensive, illegal, dangerous or potentially harmful items in your vehicle.
Auto carriers are not responsible for personal items stored in your vehicle. Therefore we don’t recommend shipping 100 lbs of gold and diamonds in your vehicle, sorry.
The seat must move all the way forward and backward and you must able to see out of all windows.
The carrier will inspect your vehicle and make notes of its condition on the bill of lading.
It generally contains the carriers contract, terms and conditions with you.
We offer three ways to pay for your auto transport.
1) Pay the full amount at time of booking via credit card.
2) COD when your vehicle is delivered. COD must be cash or certified funds. Personal checks and credit cards are not accepted at time of vehicle delivery.
3) Any mix credit card and COD.
